Timeline Bryan asks that we begin the communication process for reserving a date at least eight weeks prior to the event. When dates and payment information are finalized, a contract will be mailed. A deposit of 25% of the agreed payment and signed contract will be required before a date is officially reserved. This deposit is refundable until four weeks prior to the event. Should the event be canceled after this date, the deposit is non-refundable. At two weeks prior to the event, Bryan should be provided with travel and/or housing arrangements and a final event schedule. If you would like to schedule an event, please complete a scheduling form.
